Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 15, 2026

Subscription Refunds

All Unpuff subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Unpuff subscription in your purchase history
  4. Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts

Apple reviews and processes all refund requests according to their own policies. Refund eligibility and approval are at Apple's sole discretion.

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your Unpuff subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Unpuff
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to Unpuff until then.
